Capturing beauty and telling stories through the lens for over 25 years.

I first fell in love with photography when I was handed a film camera at age 13, and made my first darkroom print. Watching my concept literally materialize before my eyes, tipping the tray to and fro—it was pure magic. I was hooked.

In high school, a supportive photography teacher encouraged me to go to Maine Media in Rockport, and I attended for two transformational summers, eat-sleep-breathing photography.

Since then, I’ve gotten a degree in photography and graphic design from Syracuse University’s Newhouse School of Communications, worked in France pursuing fashion photography, assisted amazing photographers in Boston, and have had my work shown in exhibits.

Tired of the city and many years later, I felt called back to the creative hotspring that is Maine Media, and took a summer job...and never turned back. My story has come full-circle and I now call midcoast Maine home. I aim to fill my days with adventures and storytelling, using my artistic vision to capture the beauty that is around me. I can most often be found outdoors, perhaps picking moss for terrariums, in my kayak exploring nooks and crannies of the coast, or at a roadside ice cream stand...whenever possible, with my pup-muppet, Tilly.
